يتناول هذا البحث موضوع " التاريخ الاجتماعي وتنمية قيم المواطنة في ليبيا: دراسة سوسيوتارخية" انطلاقا من أن المواطنة مفهوم إنساني ومطلب عالمي، يرتبط بمفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية ، وهما مفهومان متلازمان، فوجود أحدهما يشترط وجود الآخر.. حيث إن الأساس الأخلاقي الذي تستند عليه المواطنة هو أحد المنطلقات الجوهرية في تجسيد المسؤولية الاجتماعية ،..ولتبيان ذلك يحاول هذا البحث طرح مسألة المواطنة وعلاقتها بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية عن طريق المدخل التاريخي وتوظيف النظرية المجذرة ، وما بعد الحداثة مع استخدام المنهج التحليلي للتاريخ .. من خلال تقديم المحاور التالية: الانسان مدني بالطبع : المدلول الاجتماعي والثقافي لمفهوم المواطنة :المواطنة في ليبيا والتحديات الداخلية والخارجية، تاريخ ليبيا الحديث ومفهوم المواطنة ، تأثيرات سلب المواطنة، التطور التاريخي لمفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية في ليبيا، تأثير سلب المواطنة على المواطنين خلال فترات تاريخية متعاقبة، ومن ثم خلاصة البحث: التوصيات : وخلص البحث إلى أن ممارسة المسؤولية الاجتماعية في المجتمع هي المدخل الصحيح لفهم المواطنة وممارستها.. وليس كما يقول بعض البحاث.. إن المواطنة هي حقوق لدى الدولة. إنها في الحقيقة وكما تبين لنا من سرد التاريخ الاجتماعي للمجتمع الليبي.. حق وواجب للمواطن ومسؤولية الجميع لتحقيقها وتجسيدها في سلوك أفراده، مهما كانت أدوارهم وتنوعت مسؤولياتهم.
Abstract:
This study deals with the topic of “Social History and the Development of Citizenship Values in Libya: A Sociohistorical Study,” based on the fact that citizenship is a human concept and a global demand, linked to the concept of social responsibility, and they are two inseparable concepts, as the existence of one requires the existence of the other... as the moral foundation upon which citizenship is based on The fundamental principles in embodying social responsibility... To demonstrate this, this study attempts to raise the issue of citizenship and its relationship to social responsibility through the historical approach and employing grounded theory and post-modernism while using the analytical approach to history... by presenting the following topics: Man is civil, of course: The social connotation. And the cultural concept of citizenship: citizenship in Libya and the internal and external challenges, the modern history of Libya and the concept of citizenship, the effects of the deprivation of citizenship, the historical development of the concept of social responsibility in Libya, the impact of the deprivation of citizenship on citizens during successive historical periods, and then the conclusion & Recommendations: The study concludes that the practice of Social responsibility in society is the correct approach to understanding and practicing citizenship and not, as some researchers say, citizenship is rights held by the state. It is, in fact, as shown to us from the narration of the social history of Libyan society, a right and a duty for the citizen, and everyone’s responsibility to achieve it and embody it in the behavior of its members, regardless of their roles and the diversity of their responsibilities[1].
